400 Marquette
An 80,913-square-foot, two-tenant, single-story light industrial building at 400 W Marquette Avenue in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, currently 100% occupied. Located just east of I-41 between Rawson Avenue and Drexel Avenue, with strong access to the Oak Creek submarket and the broader Milwaukee industrial corridor. Multiple dock-high and drive-in loading positions with varying clear heights support distribution, service, and light manufacturing operations.
Distribution
MRQ tokens were distributed by airdrop to FJC holders on July 17, 2026. Marquette is the FJC replacement property. Every FJC NFT was covered 10:1; tokens arrived directly in the wallet holding the FJC. No claim step, no gas, no deadline.
Supply is fixed at the contract level: 43,580 tokens, fully distributed at launch. No further minting is possible.
Trading
MRQ trades on the ASX markets terminal from day one: a live peer-to-peer order book with bids, asks, partial fills, and one-signature market orders. Trades are quoted and settled in the ASX token on BNB Chain, with a flat 2% fee on secondary trades shown before you sign.

Legal Documents
The executed legal framework behind the MRQ tokens. Each token represents a pro-rata interest in a promissory note issued by ASX Limited, funded by rental cash flows from the underlying property investment.
ASX tranches are not available to US persons. Nothing on this page is an offer to sell or a solicitation. Yield figures reflect current property performance and are not a promise or projection of future returns.
