ROAD TOWN, British Virgin Islands — 10 September 2026ASX Capital, the tokenized real estate platform on BNB Chain, today launched Boosted Property Staking, a staking program for holders of its four US property tokens: 400 Marquette (MRQ), Mountain View Apartments (MVA), Greens at Alvamar (GAA) and Brookwood Village Townhomes (BVT). The program went live at 1:00 PM US Central on 10 September 2026 at asxapp.com/staking.

Each property has its own staking pool. Every 30 days, each pool distributes $250 worth of ASX, the platform's token, to everyone staked in it, in proportion to how many tokens they have staked and for how long. Tokens can be unstaked at any time. There is no lock-up and no minimum.

The rental income is unchanged. The staking reward sits on top of it.

Staked tokens keep receiving their monthly distributions from collected rent exactly as unstaked tokens do. Staking adds a second stream of income, paid in ASX, without touching the first. MRQ carries a target APR of 5.4% at $1.00 par, MVA 7.2%, GAA 5.4% and BVT 7.3%; those figures are unaffected by staking.

A share for ASX stakers

Ten percent of every reward claimed from a property pool is routed to the ASX staking pool, so holders who stake ASX earn a share of the activity across the whole program. The ASX pool also receives its own $250 monthly reward. Withdrawals from the ASX pool carry a 30-day delay; the property pools have none.

“The properties already pay rent every month. What they didn't have was a reason for the token to do anything between distributions,” said Ben Antes, Co-Founder of ASX Capital. “Staking gives every holder something to do with the token the day they mint it, and it gives ASX holders a share of that activity. Nobody gives anything up to take part, and nobody is locked in.”

Eligibility

The properties are located in the United States. The offering is not available to US persons — the United States is a Restricted Territory under the issuer's terms. Other restricted territories apply. Prospective participants should review the terms at asxapp.com before minting or staking.

Target APR figures are targets at $1.00 par. They are not guarantees, and realised distributions may differ. Staking reward rates vary with the number of tokens staked and the market price of ASX.
