What ASX Capital is, and what it is not

The tokenized real estate platform on BNB Chain at asxapp.com only. Not the Australian exchange. Not the forex broker at asxcapital.com. What you can check.

ASX Capital is a tokenized real estate platform on BNB Chain. Four properties are live at asxapp.com, two minting at $1.00 per token and two trading on the secondary market. Holders receive monthly distributions in $ASX from the properties. The minimum is $1, and funding takes a card and two taps. If you searched for ASX Capital and found something that concerned you, this page answers it.

What ASX Capital is

ASX Capital, at asxapp.com, is a platform for tokenized real estate on BNB Chain. The four active properties are in Oak Creek, Wisconsin; Fayetteville, Arkansas; Lawrence, Kansas; and Blue Springs, Missouri. Each is represented by a token. Holders receive monthly distributions in $ASX, the platform's settlement currency, directly to their wallet.

The distribution calendar is fixed and publicly verifiable: a holder snapshot on the 17th of each month, with $ASX pushed to every qualifying wallet on the 21st. No claim step.

The four properties:

  • MRQ (400 Marquette, Oak Creek, Wisconsin): 80,913 sq ft of light industrial space. Target APR of 5.4% at $1.00 par. Trading on the secondary market.
  • MVA (Mountain View Apartments, Fayetteville, Arkansas): 114-unit residential multifamily. Target APR of 7.2% at $1.00 par. Trading on the secondary market.
  • GAA (Greens at Alvamar, Lawrence, Kansas): residential community. Target APR of 5.4% at $1.00 par. Minting at $1.00.
  • BVT (Brookwood Village Townhomes, Blue Springs, Missouri): townhome community. Target APR of 7.3% at $1.00 par. Minting at $1.00.

Full property detail is at asxapp.com/rwa. GAA and BVT are minting at $1.00 per token now. To buy: open asxapp.com, sign in, tap Fund wallet, add from $2 by card, and the buy flow handles the rest.

What ASX Capital is not

The Australian Securities Exchange (asx.com.au) is the national stock exchange of Australia. It is a different company on a different continent. It is not affiliated with ASX Capital and has no connection to this platform. They share initials and nothing else.

The exchange publishes investor alerts about companies that use names similar to its brand. Those alerts describe firms impersonating the exchange. They are not directed at asxapp.com.

The broker at asxcapital.com operates under the name ASX Capital and offers CFDs and forex. That is a separate company with no connection to this platform. ASX Capital at asxapp.com is a tokenized real estate platform on BNB Chain with no forex products and no CFD offering. Searching the name surfaces both, which is why the distinction needs to be stated plainly.

What you can check

Everything material about this platform is either on asxapp.com or publicly verifiable on-chain.

The properties. Each property has a page at asxapp.com/rwa listing the location, property type, token supply, and target APR. The four cities and the property types are real and listed plainly: light industrial in Oak Creek, residential multifamily in Fayetteville, a residential community in Lawrence, and townhomes in Blue Springs.

The distribution history. Monthly distributions run from a distributor contract on BNB Chain. Every transfer is a public transaction: the recipient wallet, the $ASX amount, and the timestamp. The distributor address on BscScan shows the full history. The August 2026 distribution ran on August 21, as did prior months. The distribution date and the on-chain record agree.

The distribution schedule. The on-chain transfer history shows the same pattern each month: snapshot on the 17th, transfers on the 21st. It is not a stated policy in isolation. It is what the chain shows, and the chain is public.

Contract admin key. The $ASX token contract's admin key was renounced on August 20, 2026. The renouncement transaction is on BscScan. After renouncement, no party can alter the contract's core parameters, including the 4% sell fee. That fee is fixed.

Custody. Wallets are created through Privy, a non-custodial provider. You hold the private keys. Key export is available in account settings at asxapp.com, and you can move tokens to any BNB Chain-compatible wallet.

The token contracts. $ASX and all four property tokens are on BNB Chain. Contract addresses are published on the platform and indexed on BscScan. Every mint, transfer, and distribution is a public transaction anyone can read.

About trust scores

Automated trust scoring tools often rate new platforms low by default. They rely on signals like domain age, inbound links, and traffic volume. A young platform with a small but real user base scores low on those signals regardless of what it does. Those scores measure discoverability, not fraud.

The check that matters is whether the distributions actually happened and whether the contract was actually renounced. Both are on-chain. Monthly $ASX transfers to a growing list of holder wallets, on the 21st, from the same distributor address, is a pattern that repeats in the public ledger. That is not consistent with a platform that exists to take funds and disappear.
