How Tokenized Property Income Reaches Wallets Abroad Every Month
Monthly distributions from tokenized real estate on BNB Chain. No US bank account needed. Card purchases start at about $20 to $25.
On August 21, 2026, the ASX Capital monthly distribution ran on BNB Chain. Holder snapshot on the 17th, $ASX pushed to every qualifying wallet on the 21st. That pattern has run every month since launch. To be on the next list, you do not need a US bank account.
This article covers how that system works and what it takes to receive the next one.
The platform
ASX Capital (at asxapp.com, not the Australian Securities Exchange and not the broker at asxcapital.com) is a tokenized real estate platform on BNB Chain. Four properties are represented as tokens: two in the minting phase at $1.00 per token, two trading on the secondary market. Holders receive monthly distributions in $ASX, the platform's settlement currency, pushed directly to their wallet.
The two properties currently minting at $1.00 per token:
- GAA (Greens at Alvamar, Lawrence, Kansas): a residential community, with a target APR of 5.4% at $1.00 par.
- BVT (Brookwood Village Townhomes, Blue Springs, Missouri): a townhome community, with a target APR of 7.3% at $1.00 par.
MRQ (80,913 sq ft of light industrial space in Oak Creek, Wisconsin) and MVA (a 114-unit residential multifamily complex in Fayetteville, Arkansas) have been through multiple distribution cycles and now trade on the secondary market. GAA and BVT are the current minting entry points at $1.00.
How distributions work
Each month, ASX Capital records a holder snapshot on the 17th. The snapshot is a record of holdings at a specific block on BNB Chain. Every wallet holding a property token at that block is on the distribution list. No action is needed to appear on it: the chain records what it finds.
On the 21st, four days after the snapshot, $ASX is pushed to every wallet on the list. No claim step, no account to log into, no transaction to initiate. The distribution arrives automatically.
This calendar applies to all four properties at once. A wallet holding multiple property tokens receives a single push on the 21st covering all of them. The distribution day and the snapshot day are fixed: the same two dates, every month, for all four properties.
The full distribution history is public. Every transfer, every recipient address, every $ASX amount is visible at the distributor contract on BscScan. The on-chain record shows the same pattern repeating monthly, and it cannot be amended after the fact.
Getting in without a US bank account
Sign in to asxapp.com with an email address or Google account. A BNB Chain wallet is created and assigned to your login. No separate wallet app to install and no seed phrase to record at setup.
To fund: tap Fund wallet, then Card. Card purchases start at about $20 to $25, depending on the card provider. That covers BNB for gas and leaves enough for a few tokens. BNB is the native token of BNB Chain: every transaction on the chain charges a small fee in BNB. Card funding puts BNB in your wallet directly, so there is nothing to source from an exchange.
Once the wallet is funded, open asxapp.com/buy, select GAA or BVT, tap Buy, and the platform's buy flow converts your BNB to USDC and mints tokens at $1.00. The gas fee for a mint is typically a few cents.
Full steps, including both card and USDT funding routes, are at asxapp.com/learn/fund-your-wallet.
Buy before the holder snapshot on the 17th and the first distribution arrives on the 21st of that month. Buy after the 17th and the first distribution comes the following month.
The yield farm
Tokens can be staked on asxapp.com/staking. The staking farm adds a stream of $ASX on top of the monthly distribution the token already pays: a separate pot of $ASX allocated per 30-day epoch, paid out proportionally to staked tokens. Property token pools carry no lock-in and no penalty for unstaking.
The distribution calendar does not change when a token is staked. The same snapshot on the 17th and the same push on the 21st run regardless.
What to check before deciding
ASX Capital is a small platform. There is no independent press coverage yet. The $ASX token carries a contract caution notice on CoinGecko. Secondary market volumes are small: MRQ and MVA trade occasionally, not daily. Target APR figures are targets, not guarantees. Distributions come from the properties, and if a property's income changes, the distribution changes with it.

What are distributions paid in?
$ASX, the platform's settlement currency. No claim step: it is pushed to your wallet automatically.
