Greens at Alvamar Is Minting at $1.00 Par

A residential community in Lawrence, Kansas, tokenized on BNB Chain. Mint from $1.00, earn monthly distributions in $ASX, and stake for additional yield from the farm.

Greens at Alvamar is a residential community in Lawrence, Kansas, tokenized by ASX Capital on BNB Chain as GAA. Each token mints at $1.00. Monthly distributions from the properties arrive in $ASX on the 21st, with no claim step. The target APR is 5.4% at $1.00 par. Stake the token in the yield farm after minting and the farm adds additional $ASX on top, from a separate pool.

The property

Lawrence is a city in northeastern Kansas, anchored by the University of Kansas. Greens at Alvamar is a residential community there with a rental history that ASX Capital's team underwrote before listing it on the platform.

The property page, including the distribution log as it builds, is at asxapp.com/rwa/greens-at-alvamar.

Minting at par

New GAA tokens mint at $1.00. The minimum is $1.00. GAA is still minting, which means the par price is the entry price today.

You can fund your wallet directly on asxapp.com with a credit or debit card. Card purchases start at about $20 to $25, depending on the card provider. The platform converts your payment and the buy flow handles the routing. If you prefer not to use a card, you can buy USDT and a small amount of BNB on a P2P desk and withdraw on BEP-20. The network selection matters: withdrawing on the wrong network loses funds.

Either way you will need a small amount of BNB for gas. Sign in with Google or email at asxapp.com. The platform provides a wallet; no external wallet setup is required to get started.

Monthly distributions

The distribution calendar runs on two dates every month. The 17th is the snapshot: ASX Capital records which wallets hold which tokens at that block. The 21st is the distribution: $ASX is pushed to those wallets in proportion to their holdings. Nothing to claim. It arrives.

All four properties on the platform follow this calendar. You do not need to be logged in, check the site, or take any action on distribution day. The $ASX goes to the wallet that held the tokens at the snapshot.

Distributions are paid in $ASX, the settlement currency of the ASX Capital marketplace. Property tokens trade against $ASX on the secondary market, and rent distributions are paid in it. Holding a property token and holding $ASX are two parts of the same system. The rent from the property and the secondary market activity that uses $ASX to settle are connected, not separate.

October distributions ran on the 21st. The next snapshot is November 17th.

The yield farm

ASX Capital runs a yield farm on top of the monthly distribution. Staking a property token in the farm earns $ASX from a 30-day pool, paid alongside the rent the token already distributes. The two streams come from different places: the distribution comes from the property, and the farm boost comes from the pool. They are separate, and you receive both as long as the token is staked.

Staking requires one approval step. After that, stake any whole number of tokens. Unstake at any time with no lock and no penalty. $ASX accrues per token, per day, from the moment you stake. Claim whenever, or use the $ASX to buy more property on the order book.

The farm boost rate changes as the pool fills. Check asxapp.com/staking for the current rate before deciding. The rate you see is a snapshot of the pool at the moment you look; it falls as more tokens are staked and rises when they leave.

The $ASX pool

Staking $ASX in the $ASX pool earns a portion of every claim across all four property pools, both rent and farm boost, streamed across the 30-day epoch. The $ASX pool has a 30-day unstake delay. That is the one difference from the property pools, which have no lock.

Separately, $ASX holders receive USDC from the 4% sell tax on every $ASX trade, continuously as sells happen. That is a different mechanic with a different currency. Reflections pay USDC from trading volume; the farm pool pays $ASX from a reserved supply. They run at the same time without overlapping.

The contract

In August 2026, ASX Capital renounced the deployer key on its smart contracts. The renunciation transaction is public on BNB Chain. No one can change the 4% sell tax, add a mint function, or pause the contract after the fact. The rules are fixed at deployment.
