How to Fund Your Wallet and Buy GAA or BVT Using P2P

Buy USDT and BNB on a P2P exchange in your local currency, withdraw on BNB Smart Chain, then buy GAA or BVT at $1.00 par. No card required.

GAA (Greens at Alvamar, Lawrence, Kansas) has a target APR of 5.4% at $1.00 par. BVT (Brookwood Village Townhomes, Blue Springs, Missouri) has a target APR of 7.3% at $1.00 par. Both are minting at $1.00 per token, $1 minimum. If you already use a crypto exchange with a P2P desk, this article walks through the exact steps to move funds from your local currency into your ASX Capital wallet and complete a purchase.

ASX Capital (not the Australian Securities Exchange, not the asxcapital.com broker) does not run or endorse any exchange. You choose the exchange you already use. US persons cannot take part.

Get your wallet address

Sign in at asxapp.com with Google or your email address. An ASX Capital wallet is created automatically when you first sign in. There is nothing to install and no separate wallet app to set up.

Once signed in, go to asxapp.com/buy. Your wallet address appears at the top of the page. Copy it exactly. You will need it when you withdraw from your exchange. Keep the page open or save the address somewhere accessible from your exchange app.

Buy USDT and BNB on your P2P desk

On the exchange you already use, open the P2P desk and buy two things in your local currency.

USDT. This is the currency GAA and BVT mint in. Buy the amount you want to invest: each token mints at $1.00 par, so one token costs $1 in USDT plus a small reserve for exchange and network fees.

BNB. A small amount to cover gas on BNB Chain. Every transaction on BNB Chain charges a small fee in BNB, the chain's native currency. A few dollars of BNB is enough to cover several transactions. Without BNB in your wallet, purchases cannot confirm.

Your exchange's P2P desk matches you with sellers in your country accepting local payment methods. The process varies by exchange; follow the steps your exchange shows you.

Withdraw on BNB Smart Chain

Once your USDT and BNB are in your exchange wallet, withdraw both to the wallet address you copied from /buy.

Select BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) as the network for both withdrawals. This is critical. If you select the wrong network, your funds will arrive at a different blockchain address. ASX Capital cannot recover funds sent on the wrong network.

The network option may also appear as "BSC" or "BNB Chain" depending on the exchange. Confirm the network label matches BEP-20 before submitting. Paste your wallet address rather than typing it: a single wrong character means the funds go to a different address.

Your exchange will show an estimated arrival time. ASX Capital has no visibility into exchange withdrawals and cannot accelerate them. Wait until the funds appear in your ASX Capital wallet before continuing.

You can check your wallet balance at asxapp.com/portfolio after signing in.

Buy GAA or BVT

When your USDT and BNB have arrived, go to asxapp.com/buy.

Select GAA or BVT. Enter how many tokens you want. The minimum is $1, which is one token at $1.00 par. Review the order: the transaction uses your USDT for the mint cost and a small amount of BNB for the gas fee. Confirm.

The token appears in your wallet when the transaction confirms on BNB Chain. Go to asxapp.com/portfolio to see your holding and the next distribution date.

Monthly distributions

Once you hold a GAA or BVT token, you are on the monthly distribution calendar. Each month, ASX Capital records a holder snapshot on the 17th. On the 21st, distributions are pushed in $ASX to every wallet on that list. No action required, no claim step.

If you buy after the snapshot on the 17th, your first distribution arrives on the 21st of the following month. The schedule repeats monthly.

Distributions are in $ASX, the platform's settlement currency. Every distribution is a public transaction set on BNB Chain. Anyone can verify a payout by checking transfers from the distributor contract after the 21st.

Staking

After buying, you can stake your property token on asxapp.com/staking to earn boosted $ASX from the yield farm, on top of the monthly distribution. Approve once, then stake any whole number of tokens. The farm accrues per token, per day from the moment of staking.

Property token staking has no lock-in period and no penalty for unstaking. Tokens are back in your wallet immediately after unstaking. The monthly distribution runs on the same calendar whether the token is staked or not.

For card funding

If you prefer to fund with a credit or debit card rather than via a P2P exchange, see asxapp.com/learn/fund-your-wallet. Card purchases start at about $20 to $25, depending on the card provider.

Questions this piece answers

Why do I need both USDT and BNB?

GAA and BVT mint in USDT. That is the currency the platform uses to settle a mint at $1.00 par. BNB covers the gas fee. Every transaction on BNB Chain charges a small fee in BNB, the chain's native currency. Without BNB in your wallet, the transaction cannot confirm.

What if I select the wrong network when withdrawing?

Sending funds on the wrong network means they arrive at an address on a different blockchain. ASX Capital cannot recover funds sent on the wrong network. Always confirm BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) before submitting a withdrawal.

Do I need to install a wallet app?

No. Your ASX Capital wallet is created automatically when you sign in at asxapp.com with Google or email. Your wallet address is on the /buy page. No separate app or setup is required.

Which exchange should I use?

ASX Capital does not run or endorse any exchange. Use the exchange you already have an account with that offers USDT and BNB on its P2P desk with your local payment method.
