Buy Property Tokens by Card on ASX Capital
Sign in, fund from $2 by card, and the buy flow routes BNB into your purchase.
Buying a property token on ASX Capital starts from a credit or debit card. Sign in, fund your wallet from $2, and the buy flow handles the currency routing from there.
Open asxapp.com on any device and tap Sign in. Use Google or your email address. If this is your first visit, an ASX Capital wallet is created automatically. No separate wallet app to install, and no seed phrase to record.
Fund your wallet by card
From the main screen, tap Fund wallet, then select Card. Enter any amount from $2 and pay with a credit or debit card. BNB arrives in your ASX Capital wallet in a few seconds.
BNB is the native token of BNB Chain, the chain ASX Capital runs on. Every transaction on BNB Chain requires a small fee in BNB, called gas. Without BNB in your wallet, a purchase cannot confirm on-chain, even if you have the right amount for the token itself. Card funding puts BNB in your wallet directly. No exchange account and no separate transfer step.
The gas fee for a transaction on BNB Chain is typically a few cents. Funding a few dollars gives you enough for gas and still leaves BNB for the purchase.
The buy flow
Open asxapp.com/buy and select a property. Tap Buy, confirm the order, and the platform converts your BNB into the currency the transaction settles in.
For GAA and BVT, which are in their minting phase at $1.00 per token, the settlement currency is USDC. The flow converts your BNB to USDC and mints tokens at $1.00.
For MRQ and MVA, which trade on the secondary market, the settlement currency is $ASX, the ASX Capital platform token. The flow converts your BNB to $ASX and places your order at the current market price.
In both cases, a small portion of your BNB covers the gas fee. You do not choose or move currencies manually. Fund once by card, pick a property, and the flow takes care of the routing.
The four properties
MRQ (400 Marquette, Oak Creek, Wisconsin) is 80,913 sq ft of light industrial space. Target APR of 5.4% at $1.00 par. Trading on the secondary market.
MVA (Mountain View Apartments, Fayetteville, Arkansas) is a 114-unit residential multifamily complex. Target APR of 7.2% at $1.00 par. Trading on the secondary market.
GAA (Greens at Alvamar, Lawrence, Kansas) is a residential community. Target APR of 5.4% at $1.00 par. Minting now at $1.00.
BVT (Brookwood Village Townhomes, Blue Springs, Missouri) is a townhome community. Target APR of 7.3% at $1.00 par. Minting now at $1.00.
Target APR is stated at $1.00 par. For GAA and BVT minting at that price, the target rate applies directly to your entry. For MRQ and MVA on the secondary market, the effective rate adjusts with the price you pay. Full detail on each property, including current prices and status, is at asxapp.com/rwa.
Monthly distributions
Every ASX Capital property token is on the same monthly distribution calendar.
A holder snapshot runs on the 17th of each month, recording every wallet that holds a property token at a specific block on BNB Chain. On the 21st, ASX Capital pushes distributions to every wallet on that snapshot in $ASX. No claim step and nothing to sign. The $ASX arrives in your wallet.
Buy before the snapshot on the 17th and you are on that month's distribution list. Buy after the 17th and you are on the following month's list.
$ASX is the settlement currency for the secondary market and the currency all four properties distribute in. A distribution lands in your wallet as $ASX, and you can use it to buy more property on the order book, stake it in the $ASX pool, or hold it.
Every distribution is a public transaction set on BNB Chain. Anyone can verify a payout by checking transfers from the distributor contract after the 21st. The on-chain record is the source of truth for whether a distribution ran and what each wallet received.
Staking
Once you hold a property token, you can stake it on asxapp.com/staking. The yield farm adds a stream of $ASX on top of the monthly distribution the token already pays.
Approve once, stake any whole number of tokens, and $ASX accrues per token per day from the moment of staking. Unstake at any time. Property token pools carry no lock and no penalty for unstaking.
The boost rate per token falls as more tokens stake into a pool. Each 30-day epoch's $ASX allocation is fixed for that pool, and divides across however many tokens are staked. On distribution day, the property distributions earned by staked tokens join the epoch's pot too. Current boost rates are on the staking page.
Staking does not change the distribution calendar. The same holder snapshot on the 17th and the same push on the 21st run whether or not a token is staked.
Getting started
The minimum purchase is $1. For GAA and BVT minting at $1.00, that is one token. For MRQ and MVA on the secondary market, a $1 order is the minimum at the current market price.
The minimum card funding amount is $2. A few dollars covers gas and gives you a starting position.
All four properties are at asxapp.com/buy.
Questions this piece answers
Why do I need BNB if I am paying by card?
Every transaction on BNB Chain charges a small gas fee in BNB. Card funding on asxapp.com puts BNB in your wallet directly, so there is nothing to acquire from an exchange first. The buy flow then converts your BNB into whatever the property token purchase settles in.
What is the minimum card funding amount?
$2.
What is the minimum property token purchase?
$1. Property tokens mint and trade at $1.00 par, so one token is the minimum for the minting properties.
How does the buy flow know which currency to use?
GAA and BVT are in their minting phase and settle in USDC, so the flow converts BNB to USDC and mints at $1.00. MRQ and MVA trade on the secondary market and settle in $ASX, so the flow converts BNB to $ASX and fills the order. You select the property; the flow handles the currency.
When does my first distribution arrive?
From the first holder snapshot on the 17th after your purchase confirms. Buy before the 17th and distributions are pushed on the 21st of that month. Buy after the 17th and your first distribution comes on the 21st of the following month.
Is there a lock-in period for property token staking?
No. Property token pools have no lock and no penalty for unstaking at any time.
Where do I see my holdings and next distribution date?
At asxapp.com/portfolio after a purchase confirms on-chain.
