Brookwood Village Townhomes Is Minting at $1.00 Par

What holding BVT means, what it earns monthly, and what the yield farm adds on top.

Brookwood Village Townhomes is a townhome community in Blue Springs, Missouri. It is tokenized as BVT on BNB Chain through ASX Capital, one of four cashflowing RWAs on the platform. BVT is currently in its minting phase.

Minting means the token is issued at $1.00 and the price does not change. Someone who buys BVT today pays the same $1.00 per token as someone who bought on day one. The minimum is $1.

That changes when minting closes. Once BVT moves to the secondary market, an order book sets the price. The target APR is stated at $1.00 par. Buy above par on the secondary market and the effective rate on your position is lower than the target. Buy below par and it is higher. During minting the gap is zero, which makes the entry cost and the target directly comparable.

What BVT earns

The target APR for BVT is 7.3% at $1.00 par. That is the annual distribution rate the property is designed to generate at par, delivered as monthly distributions from the property.

A holder snapshot runs on the 17th of each month, across all four ASX Capital properties. The snapshot records who holds BVT at a specific block on BNB Chain. Four days later, on the 21st, distributions are pushed to every wallet on that list. No claim step, nothing to sign. The $ASX arrives automatically.

Distributions are paid in $ASX, the ASX Capital platform token. $ASX is also what the secondary market settles in: MRQ and MVA trade against it on the order book, and every distribution across all four properties is paid in it. Holding BVT means you receive $ASX on the 21st from the property's distributions and can use it to buy more property, stake it in the $ASX pool, or hold it.

Every distribution is a public transaction set on BNB Chain. Anyone can verify a payout ran by querying transfers from the distributor contract after the 21st. The September distribution ran on September 21, 2026. The on-chain record is the ground truth for whether a distribution ran and what it paid.

The next holder snapshot is October 17. Holdings at that block are on the October list. The payout follows on October 21, the same two dates every month.

The yield farm layer

The ASX Capital yield farm is open at asxapp.com/staking. Stake BVT and it earns boosted $ASX on top of the monthly distribution the token already pays.

The mechanics: approve once, then stake any whole number of BVT tokens. $ASX accrues per token, per day, from the moment you stake. The farm runs in 30-day epochs. Each epoch, a pot of $ASX is allocated to the BVT pool. On distribution day, the property distributions earned by staked tokens join that pool too. Both streams flow out continuously, by the second, in proportion to each staker's share.

Unstake at any time. There is no lock and no penalty. $ASX that has already streamed to your address stays with you; what has not yet reached you stays with the pool.

The per-token boost rate falls as more tokens stake. The pot for each epoch is fixed, and the more tokens staked in the BVT pool, the more ways it divides. The current rate is on the staking page and changes as the pool fills.

Staking does not change how the monthly distribution works. The same holder snapshot on the 17th and the same push on the 21st run regardless of whether BVT is staked. Staking and the monthly calendar are two separate $ASX flows from a single token.

The $ASX pool, also on the staking page, works differently in one respect worth noting before using it. A 10% fee from every property pool claim routes to $ASX stakers, rent and boost included. But that pool carries a 30-day unstake delay. The BVT pool and the other property pools have none. Two mechanics, and that is the one difference that matters between them.

How to get BVT

BVT mints with USDC on BNB Chain. The minimum is $1.

ASX Capital's buy flow accepts card and email sign-in. Add funds with a credit or debit card on asxapp.com. The buy flow routes the card funding into what the purchase settles in. You will also need a small amount of BNB for gas. BNB is what pays for a transaction on BNB Chain; the buy flow routes everything else from there.

The current price and the minting status are on the BVT page at asxapp.com/rwa/brookwood-village, alongside the target APR and the minimum. While minting is open, the price is $1.00. When minting closes, BVT moves to the secondary market and the order book sets the price.

For MRQ and MVA, which have already moved to the secondary market, buying requires $ASX. Minting GAA or BVT requires USDC. The two front doors serve different phases of the same platform.

Questions this piece answers

What is the minimum investment in BVT?

$1. BVT mints at $1.00 per token with a $1 minimum.

When does BVT stop minting?

When the minting phase closes. The current status is on the BVT page at asxapp.com/rwa/brookwood-village. Once minting closes, BVT moves to the ASX Capital secondary market.

How are distributions paid?

Monthly, in $ASX. A holder snapshot runs on the 17th of each month and distributions are pushed to wallets on the 21st with no claim step required.

What is the target APR for BVT?

7.3% at $1.00 par. That is the annual distribution rate stated at $1.00 mint price. The effective rate on a secondary market purchase adjusts with the purchase price.

Does staking in the yield farm replace distributions?

No. Staking adds boosted $ASX on top. The monthly distribution snapshot and the 21st payout run the same whether or not BVT is staked.

Can I unstake at any time?

Yes. No lock, no penalty. $ASX that has streamed to your address stays with you; what has not streamed stays in the pool.

What currency do I need to buy BVT while it is minting?

USDC on BNB Chain, plus a small amount of BNB for gas. ASX Capital's buy flow accepts card funding and routes it into what the purchase needs.

When does the October distribution snapshot run?

October 17. Holdings at that block are on the October list. The payout follows on October 21.
